What We Do
The Operations team is in charge of maintaining records for the chapter, whether through taking minutes, creating the scrapbook, or keeping in contact with people who support and donate to our chapter. We have a lot to do with the organization of the chapter.
VP of Operations
Howdy! I’m Julie and I am a junior computer science major from Dallas, TX. As Vice President of Operations I am responsible for the organization and operations of the chapter. Some of the things I do are create the yearly calendar, remind officers of upcoming deadlines, organize elections and officer transition, and run executive committee meetings. This is my second year serving in this role and I love that I get to interact with so much of the chapter through my position!
Howdy! My name is Ally and I am a sophomore Computer Science major from Corpus Christi, TX! As Operations Specialist, my responsibilities include managing our chapter's point system, writing thank you cards on behalf of the chapter, and taking attendance at chapter meetings / writing chapter meeting minutes each week. When I'm not serving as Operations Specialist, you can find me listening to my vinyl record player, checking on my succulent collection, or being involved in my other organizations (MSC Spencer, Freshmen Reaching Excellence in Engineering, Aggie Replant, and Engineering Honors)! Gig 'em!
Howdy! My name is Lexie Bowers and I am a freshman Construction Science major from the small town Brazoria, Texas. As the Archivist, I am in charge of preserving the past and documenting the present of the Zeta Lambda chapter. Two important ways I do this is by designing the yearly scrapbook and composite. I’m so excited to get more involved and learn through this position!
