Membership Experience Team

The Membership Experience Team facilitates the experience of our newest members from Bid Day to Diamond Days (initiation). We also host sisterhood events and leadership workshops to help our collegians succeed. When our sisters graduate, we organize their transition to alumnae and help them stay connected with Alpha Delta Pi.


Maggie Winston

VP of Membership Experience

Howdy! My name is Maggie Winston, and I am a sophomore University Studies: Society, Ethics, and Law major from Pearland, Texas. As Vice President of Membership Experience, I lead the Membership Experience Team and plan Chapter Retreat each semester. The Membership Experience Team strives to provide an exceptional experience for all new members, active members, and alumnae. Through my team's programming and efforts, I want all Alphas and Deltas to feel that they belong and are seen, wanted, and highly valued in the Zeta Lambda chapter of Alpha Delta Pi. I am absolutely thrilled to serve my sisters and my chapter this year as the Vice President of Membership Experience!


Hana Musser

Director of New Member Experience

Howdy! My name is Hana Musser and I am a Masters of International Affairs candidate from Lititz, PA. In this position I will be in charge of overseeing the transition of our new members into fully initiated members. I will be guiding them through education sessions and getting them integrated into the chapter with social events. I am also in charge of our Diamond Sister matching as well as the reveal. I am very excited to serve in this position and help the new members learn about our sisterhood and feel welcomed!


Peyton Rogers

Director of Ritual Education

 Howdy! My name is Peyton Rogers, and I am a junior Public Health major from Fort Worth, TX! As Director of Ritual Education, I work to uphold the traditions of Zeta Lambda and for Alpha Delta Pi as a whole. My job entails strengthening traditions that involve everything from Initiation of New Members to Ring Pass, where we celebrate the engagement of a fellow sister. I love this position because it allows me to connect with all members of ADPi, both new and old, by doing my small part to help maintain traditions for generations to come.


Ella Barnum

Director of Alumnae Engagement

Howdy! My name is Ella Barnum and I am a sophomore neuroscience major from Chandler, Arizona. I am so excited to be serving as Director of Alumni Engagement this year, and can’t wait to make it a memorable year! I am in charge of keeping in contact with Zeta Lambda alumni, transitioning our amazing seniors to Pi/Alumnae status, showing them how much we love them before they graduate, and Founder’s Day! I can’t wait to serve this year and look forward to my time as an officer.


Sophia Davis

Sisterhood Programs Specialist

Howdy! My name is Sophia Davis and I am a senior business management pre-law major from Austin. I am so thrilled to be serving our chapter as Sisterhood Programs Specialist this year, and I can’t wait to share the joy of sisterhood with every member! I am in charge of planning our sisterhood events throughout the year. In the past, we’ve done things like craft nights, roller skating, escape rooms, and so many more fun things! I am so excited to be a part of the ME team, and I can’t wait to make this an unforgettable year! 


Olivia McCann

Ritual Education Specialist

Howdy! My name is Olivia McCann and I am a sophomore Molecular and Cell Biology major from Austin, TX. As Ritual Education Specialist, I assist the Director of Ritual Education in educating our members on the traditions and rituals of Alpha Delta Pi. I am so excited to be able to have the opportunity to serve my chapter through this position!
