Membership Experience Team
What We Do
The Membership Experience Team facilitates the experience of our newest members from Bid Day to Diamond Days (initiation). We also host sisterhood events and leadership workshops to help our collegians succeed. When our sisters graduate, we organize their transition to alumnae and help them stay connected with Alpha Delta Pi.
VP of Membership Experience
Howdy! My name is Darby Hurley, and I am a sophomore Accounting major from College Station, TX. This year, I have the privilege of serving the Zeta Lambda chapter as the Vice President of Membership Experience. As the VPME, I plan our chapter retreat each semester, oversee the Membership Experience team, and serve on our chapter’s Executive Committee. On the membership experience team we oversee each phase of membership for our sisters, from new members to active members to alumnae. Additionally, as a member of the Executive Committee I assist in the approval process for chapter events and programming for our members. I am SO excited to serve my chapter as the Vice President of Membership Experience this year!!
Director of New Member Experience
Hi! I’m an industrial engineering major from Irving, TX which is right outside of Dallas. As Director of New Member Experience, I oversee the entire transition of our new members to initiated members:through education sessions and planning social events for each alpha class. I also am in charge of our Diamond Sister Reveal and matching big and little diamond sisters. I love being able to prepare each class to become fully fledged members of a sorority i love!
Director of Ritual Education
Howdy! My name is Bridget Bedore and I am a sophomore Genetics Major from Cypress, Texas. As director of ritual education, I help educate our members on the traditions of Alpha Delta Pi and ensure all ritual is carried out correctly. I love getting to serve my chapter in this position because it keeps us connected to all of the ADPi’s that came before us and all those that will come after!
Director of Alumnae Engagement
Howdy! My name is Amanda Wright and I am a junior Accounting major with a Psychology minor from Houston, TX. As Director of Alumnae Engagement, I serve as the liaison between our graduating seniors, the chapter, and alumnae. In order to stay in contact with our alumnae, I reach out to local alumnae associations and write quarterly newsletters to update alumnae on what we are doing as a chapter. I have the opportunity to plan and host our annual Founders' Day celebration, an event that allows us to come together as both collegiate and alumnae women to honor the founders of Alpha Delta Pi. I also get to coordinate our Senior Celebration Week to commemorate our seniors' time in ADPi and help them transition to becoming alumnae members! I'm very excited to serve this chapter as Director of Alumnae Engagement, and I can't wait to see what this year has in store!
Sisterhood Program Specialist

As sisterhood program specialist I am in charge of planning and executing all of our sisterhood events throughout the year. My goal is to grow the bond of our sisterhood and provide experiences that will create a lasting impact and memory on our chapter members!
