Event Management Team
What We Do
The Event Management team is responsible for all external chapter events, including philanthropy, family and social events. We spend countless hours planning and executing events and building relations with our amazing philanthropies, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation, as well as relationships with the Bryan-College Station community. In addition, we plan events with other organizations on campus, and our alumnae.
VP of Event Management
Howdy! I’m Cassie Miller and I’m a math major from Cypress, Texas! As the Vice President of Event Management I get to plan date parties and mixers as well as formal and semi formal! It is so much fun to plan and run these events and see everyone in the chapter having fun!
Community Service Specialist
Howdy! My name is Erin Werner and I am a Allied Health major from Santa Fe, Texas. As the Community Service Specialist for our Zeta Lambda chapter, I am in charge of planning our chapters annual Big Event plans, recording our chapters community service hours, and providing the chapter with any extra community service opportunities like food drives! In addition, I work closely with our chapters Director of Philanthropy and the local RMHC house to ensure all their needs are taken care of!
Director of Philanthropy
Howdy! My name is Hannah Grabbe and I am a sophomore Allied Health Major from Cedar Park, Texas. This year I have the opportunity to serve as the Director of Philanthropy for the Zeta Lambda chapter. As Director of Philanthropy, I communicate with RMHC to plan events that allow our chapter to serve and support the families at RMHC. I am so excited to be able to share my love of volunteering with my chapter.
Music Education Specialist
Howdy! My name is Jess Gillman and I am an education major from Austin, TX. As the Music Education Specialist, I reinforce the positive attitude in the chapter by spreading the songs and fostering the tradition. I am passionate about creating an encouraging atmosphere, and I’m so honored to have the opportunity to serve my chapter and share the love of the sisterhood through song!
Chapter Foundation Ambassador
Howdy! My name is Kristen and I am the liaison between the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation and the Zeta Lambda chapter. Each month I attend a meeting with the other Chapter Foundation Ambassadors from across the country and we discuss an aspect of the Foundation. Then I present information to my chapter about the Foundation and help educate them on the different benefits that are available to them. These benefits are usually are or are related to scholarship opportunities. I also help to promote the Violet Circle, which is the giving society only available to undergraduate sisters.
Risk Management Specialist
Howdy! My name is Hannah Geppert and I am a freshman engineering major from San Antonio, TX. As Risk Management Specialist, I oversee security, arrange the sign up sheets for events, and check people in and out of events. I love this role because it allows me to meet more of my sisters as well as ensure their safety, and I'm so grateful to continue to do it!
Family Events Specialist
Howdy! I am a sociology major from Deer Park, Texas. As the Family Events Specialist for the Zeta Lambda chapter, I am in charge of planning family events for the chapter. I do this by communicating with ADPi family members, Event Management to get events approved, and any other business/organizations needed for events. Family Events is an amazing way to make our ADPi family members involved in our lives here at A&M and make our ADPi family bigger! I am so excited for all the amazing events coming in the future and I cannot wait to get started!
Howdy! I am a Biomedical Engineering major from Austin, Texas. As the Pihop Specialist for the Zeta Lambda chapter, I am in charge of planning our annual pancake dinner, Pihop. Pihop is our philanthropy event we do to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities. I love this place philanthropy event because it supports such an amazing nonprofit and it’s so much fun getting to bring all our sisters together to support RMHC!
