Event Management Team

The Event Management team is responsible for all external chapter events, including philanthropy, family and social events. We spend countless hours planning and executing events and building relations with our amazing philanthropies, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation, as well as relationships with the Bryan-College Station community. In addition, we plan events with other organizations on campus, and our alumnae.

Alyssa Lazarchik

VP of Event Management

Howdy! My name is Alyssa Lazarchik, and I am a sophomore Visualization major from Frisco, Texas! I am super excited to be given the opportunity to serve as the Vice President of Event Management this year for the Zeta Lambda chapter at Texas A&M! As the Vice President of Event Management, I plan and direct the chapter Social Program for the entire year with the assistance of the Event Management Team. This includes formal and informal parties, and events for parents and alumnae, as well as for Alpha and Delta members. I am also responsible for organizing events that are cosponsored by fraternities and other on-campus organizations. I am so excited to work with these amazing ladies, and I cannot wait to see where this year takes us!

Kylie Miller

Director of Philanthropy

Howdy! My name is Kylie Miller, and I am a sophomore allied health major from Richmond, TX. This year I have the opportunity to serve on Exec as the Director of Philanthropy for the Zeta Lambda chapter. As Director of Philanthropy, I communicate with RMHC, plan philanthropy events, and coordinate volunteer opportunities that allow our chapter to serve and support RMHC. I am so honored and excited to be able to share my love for community service with my chapter.

Lauren Hale

Risk Management Specialist

Howdy! My name is Lauren Hale and I am a sophmore engineering major from Rockwall, Texas. As Risk Management Specialist, I check members in and out of events and arrange for security and transportation. I’m honored to have this position and look forward to the year to come!

Sarah Adamek

Community Service Specialist

Howdy! My name is Sarah Adamek and I’m an Education major from Boerne, TX. As Community Service specialist, I inform our Zeta Lambda chapter about service opportunities throughout our university and community. I also coordinate efforts, such as Big Event and our local RMHC. I track these hours and total them for the chapter.

Jenifer Barnes

Chapter Foundation Ambassador

Howdy! My name is Jenifer Barnes and I’m a freshmen political science major from Frisco, TX! I’m so excited and proud to announce I’ll be serving as the Zeta Lambda Chapter Foundation Ambassador for the 2022-2023 year. My job as the CFA is to act as the formal liaison between the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation and the chapter. I’m also a member of the Event Management team and am your go-to girl for all things 1851 Violet Circle, Day of Giving, and any other Foundation-based initiatives like scholarships, grants, and informationals! I’m so excited for what this next year has to offer!!

Family Events Specialist

Howdy! My name is Ali Sweeney :) I am a junior Chemical Engineering major from Austin, Texas. As family events specialist I have the honor of planning both events in the fall and spring for our incredible families!! I am so excited to help show our families how much we love and appreciate them!!

Mikaela Goodrum

Philanthropy Events Specialist

Howdy! My name is Mikaela Goodrum, and I am a freshman Kinesiology major from Sugar Land, TX. As the Philanthropy Events Specialist, my job is to plan and execute the Zeta Lambda chapter’s events in support of our national philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House of Charity. PiHop and Reels for Ronald have been some great past philanthropic events for our chapter, and I am so honored to be given the opportunity to continue this pattern of excellence. I am looking forward to continuing to serve the foundation through this position while also putting on some great events!

Sponsorship Specialist

Howdy! My name is Samantha Braudaway and I am a freshman business pre-law major from Midland, TX. As Sponsorship Specialist, I am responsible for working with all donors and sponsors to raise money for RMHC, while also organizing profit shares with businesses. I love our philanthropy and am so excited to serve my amazing sisters and chapter!
